Terms and Conditions
Read this before you use the Null Bond console or buy $NULL. By doing either, you accept these terms.
1. What Null Bond is
Null Bond is free software that runs in your browser. It lets you seal an asset description into a cryptographic commitment, keep the receipt, hand it to someone else, and verify receipts. It optionally sends a transaction on Robinhood Chain from your own wallet to record a commitment.
Null Bond does not hold your assets, your keys or your receipts. There is no account, and nobody can recover a lost receipt for you.
2. $NULL
- $NULL is a community token launched on Robinhood Chain through Pons. It is not a share, a bond in the financial sense, a deposit or any other security, and it gives no right to profits, dividends, governance or any claim on a company or a person.
- Buying $NULL carries no promise of value, return, liquidity or listing. Its price can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
- The bond contract and the fee hook described on this site and in the whitepaper are planned, not deployed. They may change, be delayed or never ship.
- Token launches on bonding curves are fast and volatile. Bots, front-running, copies of the token under the same name and fake contract addresses are common: always check the contract address on this site.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your receipts, backups, passphrases and wallet. If you lose them, the bonds cannot be opened again.
- A bond is a claim you write yourself. Null Bond does not check that the asset exists, that you own it, or that you will keep owning it. Counterparties should verify ownership independently when it matters.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax law and any restriction on buying or holding crypto assets where you live.
- You will not use Null Bond to deceive anyone, to misrepresent assets you do not hold, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. No advice
Nothing on this site, in the whitepaper or on the project's social accounts is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research.
5. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It has not been audited. Bugs, browser changes, wallet behaviour or chain outages can make it fail or produce wrong results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the people who build and maintain Null Bond are not liable for any loss, including lost tokens, lost receipts, failed transactions, price movements or decisions made on the basis of a verification result.
7. Third parties
Robinhood Chain, Pons, wallet software, RPC providers and block explorers are run by third parties under their own terms. Null Bond has no control over them.
8. Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the console after a change means you accept the new terms.
